What Data We Store
When you create an account on our Site (via email, Google, or Facebook sign-in), we store the following information:
- Account information: First name, last name, email address, phone number (if provided)
- Property activity: Properties you viewed, saved as favorites, or searched for
- Consultation requests: Messages submitted through the contact form or chatbot
- CRM record: Your contact information stored in Follow-Up Boss, our customer relationship management system
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of all your personal data, send an email to:

Please use the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account so we can locate your records.
What Happens Next
- Acknowledgment: We will confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days
- Data removal: Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, including:
- Your account and profile from Supabase (our authentication and database provider)
- Your contact record from Follow-Up Boss (our CRM)
- Any saved favorites, viewing history, and property notes
- Any consultation requests or chat history
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming that your data has been deleted
After deletion, any locally stored data (theme preference, cached profile) will be cleared automatically the next time you visit the Site.
Facebook Login Users
If you signed in using Facebook Login, you can also request data deletion directly from Facebook:
- Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
- Find Cory Coleman Real Estate and click Remove
- This revokes the app's access to your Facebook data
To fully remove your data from our systems, please also send the email deletion request described above.
